Most

Board game

Most is a board game designed to build collaboration and develop soft skills among vulnerable social groups. Created for social workers and educators in Poland, Most means The Bridge in English—symbolizing both the game’s content and its core message of connection and cooperation.

Players take on diverse roles, such as an unemployed elderly person, a domestic violence survivor, or a person with an intellectual disability. Together, they cross a river on a bridge, collecting resources to rebuild their village after a flood. The game fosters teamwork in a non-competitive environment, reducing stress and ensuring psychological safety—players face challenges together rather than against each other.

We designed Most from scratch, creating the board, legend, cards, pawns, and learning methodology. The visual identity is simple yet engaging, featuring black icons on color-coded cards—green, yellow, and pink for positive outcomes, red for setbacks. Every element is crafted from natural materials, giving the game a minimalist, yet warm and accessible feel.

Developed using the Design Thinking methodology, the game is not just about crossing a bridge—it’s about building them.
